The object of this study deals with the production of knowledge of nurses on performance of nursing in the humanizao process of the care next to just born. The objective was: to describe measures adopted for hospitalized the nursing team to propitiate humanizado care to just born. One was to a bibliographical research, qualitative nature and exploratrio in articles published and indexados in electronic data bases of Latin American Literature and Caribbean character in Sciences of Sade (LILACS) referring to the humanizado care of nursing to the just-been born one, in the period of 2005 the 2011. We conclude ours objective when we obtain to describe the measures adopted for hospitalized the nursing team to propitiate humanizado care to just born. For in such a way we believe to be necessary collective processes involving all of the team that participate of the assistance. This involves an enabled team to improve and to draw out the life of the RN, being provided the family and the team an surrounding comfortable insurance and thus promoting the humanizao, giving attention, having responsibility, and respecting the particularitities of each one..
